Q : How to buy from 3DCrafter
A : 1. You can choose the product of your choice and add them to cart. Once you are satisfied with the selection click “CHECK OUT” button.
2. On check out page, select shipping method the system will calculate the total price. Choose your preferred payment method.
3. If you select “Direct Bank Transfer” payment method, please transfer the payment to our bank account (detail here) then inform us using this page.
4. Now you can sit back and relax. The product will be delivered according to your shipment method selection.
Q : If order just 1-2 items, will 3DCrafter take the order?
A : Of course “YES”, we are happy to serve you at any size of the order. For volume order, please write email to us or contact us at 090-646-1544 during office hour Mon – Sat 9.00 – 18.00
Q : When do 3DCrafter ship the product?
A : After we confirm the payment with the bank before noon, we will pack the product ready for shipping in the next day. Except when we found the product is out of stock, it may delay 3-4 days for supplies within Thailand. In rare case when we find out that it will be delay for more than 2 weeks we will contact customers. If the customer want to cancel the order, we will refund fully.
Q : Why sometimes the package seems to be opened?
A : We always test electrical product to make sure it works before we ship it to you.
Q : What if I change my mind?
A : Customer can always change their mind and cancel the order before we ship it. Or you can return the parcel back unopened within 2 days and is responsible for the returning shipping fee. We reserve the right to inspect the product and package before refund.
Q : Can I return the goods?
A : We accept the return in the case of error in picking or product dead on arrival. In such cases, please return the product to us within 10 days and we will send you a replacement.

Q : Do you have physical storefront?
A : Our store is fully online to reduce the cost so we can provide more value for money to you. We therefore don’t have any physical storefront at this moment. However we are legally registered with authority as Virtue Ventures Ltd., Part. locating at 21 Ladprao rd., Wangtonglang. BKK.
